On 23th June 2017, AVIC Nanjing Servo Control System Co.,Ltd. technology director took the new model jet-pipe servo valve to a leading steel enterprise to do a six-day domestic experiment. The success of this experiment marked the great leap forwarding progress of the electro hydraulic servo valve products in the localization project, also another successful application case of the electro hydraulic servo valve of AVIC Nanjing Servo Control System Co.,Ltd. in the steel industry.
From 23th to 28th June 2017, our technology director did three tests as for the match with the molding vibration device. The first test is frequency test done in the molding vibration vibration device. This test is to check whether the vibration device matches with the new model jet-pipe servo valve’s working environment. The second test is a matching test of the domestic and foreign products to check their influence on the system. The last test is another matching test between 2 jet-pipe servo valves. The results were good. Our localization products can replace the imported products completely. The clients decided to install one localization products and remained one imported products. In the future, they would use domestic products completely.
This new model jet-pipe servo valve’ successful experiment means that our company’s goods can break the steel-industry barrier step by step. Entering the steel industry also means the success of electro hydraulic servo valve’s localization project. Domestic servo valve improves its competitiveness in the international market. With this successful experience, our company would try harder to upgrade and modernize our servo valves to realize the localization target.
